Gotham City Impostors gets free content update
Monolith and Warner Bros.are rolling out an update to all versions of Gotham City Impostors today, with a new map, a mode variant, and the ability to give your character non-English voices.
The update is due on April 18, presumably US dating, and will likely arrive in time with local console network updates. There’s a video detailing the new content below – faithful players may notice some other new elements which remain mysteriously unexplained.
The free content roll out may go some way towards repairing damaged relations with players; although Gotham City Impostors has continued to chart strongly, major technical issues affecting some players early in its lifetime earned it a poor reputation. Things seem to be improving now, and free stuff is always welcome, right?
Gotham City Impostors is available on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and casts players as wannabe superheroes and villains duking it out with guns and gadgets.
Thanks, PSNStores.

It looked like they were doing well after the sale weekend, they actually made it back on the Steam top 100. Now they’re gone again.
I think a lot of people probably feel the way I feel – It’s just taken too long and even with the fixes, the game is still missing a lot of balance, so it’s really not worth spending a lot of time with.
It’s a great idea and it has the makings of a great game, but Monolith just dropped it flat on the floor.
