Tim Schafer tells you how to become a Kickstarter legend
Want to know how to rake in gazillions with a Kickstarter? Let Tim Schafer be your guide: the insanely-rich-by-now-surely Double Head boss has given his top five tips on how to have a successful Kickstart, such as “no matter what your project idea is, you need to make sure it’s clear to potential backers why your project fills a void and is significant enough for them to fund it,” and “is there a sense of urgency in why your project needs to get funded right now? You need to determine that angle and play it up in your pitch. In other words, develop a strong call-to-action.”
Get them at IndieDB.

The IndieDB comments say it all.
“Be Tim Schafer” is correct.
Also, thanks to these already rich guys, the only comments regular kickstarters get are “wow, another kickstarter project?”. And you better hope you get every-other-day coverage at RPS/Destructoid/Kotaku/etc.
