Hori to release official Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown PS3 sticks in the US

Hori have announced that the company's Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown arcade stick for PS3 will receive an official western release alongside the game's launch this summer.

The stick uses Hori's Real Arcade Pro V3 SA model with original Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown artwork. It features authentic Sanwa Denshi parts for the stick lever and buttons, and includes turbo functionality for all buttons. The stick will only be available for PS3.

Hori have yet to announce US pricing, but the stick retails ¥13,800 ($170) in Japan.

Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown debuted in Japanese arcades in July 2010. The game is set to be released as a downloadable title for PS3 and Xbox 360 this summer.
