Rockstar has released a new entry into its Design and Technology Series video series, detailing the its evolution for Max Payne 3, its impact on "gunplay, shootdodging and player-controlled final-kill cams." The latest video focuses on Bullet Time, and it's posted below. Game's out May 15 on PS3 and Xbox 360 and on PC May 29.
