Sony has announced via the US PS Blog that the April issue of its digital magazine Qore will be the last. In the latest issue, it takes a look back at the four or so years on PSN as “the first interactive digital magazine on a game console: in which it covered over 160 new games. As part of the send-off, the team behind Qore has release a final DLC package: the Qore Ultimate Arcade, which features a compilation of 11 mini games offered throughout the series.

I used to really like Qore for the things it covered, and the special stuff it gave you if you subbed. After PSPlus, there wasn’t much use for it to me. Still sad to see it go.

Always thought it was a great magazine, and a nice addition with my PS Plus subscription. Though personally, I liked it better when Veronica Belmont and Christina Lee hosted Qore. Guess all I can say is Sayonara Qore, I knew thee well.

I really liked the first year of it, but afterwards, especially since they got that douche nozzle new host, it hasn’t been worth it. That guy makes my skin crawl.
