Activision sued over virtual worlds related to WoW, Call of Duty

Activision is being sued by Worlds Inc, claiming it has infringed a patent belonging to the latter in relation to Call of Duty and World of Warcraft. Worlds Inc says the patent Acti infringed is linked to "systems and method for enabling users to interact in a virtual space," with WoW and CoD linked to the patent.
