Yoichi Wada stands down as CESA CEO

Square Enix boss Yoichi Wada has stood down as the CEO of Japanese trade body CESA.

The Squeenix CEO has been in charge of the body, who organises and runs Tokyo Game Show, as of May 2006.

His replacement will be Namco Bandai VP Shin Unozawa once Wada formally steps down from the role on May 26.

Wada, besides his Square Enix role, has taken part in speeches at TGS that run before the keynote of the event. Brenna took a look at him in action before last year's TGS keynote here.

Thanks, Andriasang.
