Street Fighter x Tekken DLC packs coming next month

Capcom has whacked a Japanese release date on the first wave of post-launch Street Fighter x Tekken DLC, with western release expected to follow shortly.

Andriasang reports three batches of packs are due on April 3.

The first is free and contains some alternate colour schemes and pre-set combos.

The rest of the new offerings are costume packs, which are available in individual format at ¥100 or 80 MS points per character, or in two big bundles, one for each faction.

The 19 Street Fighter dudes will cost you ¥1,300 or 1040 MS Points, while the 19 Tekken brawlers go for ¥1,300 1040 MS points.

Expect western pricing and dates soon.

Capcom also put a price, but not a date, on the most anticipated content pack of them all; the 12 characters which will be added with the Vita version. You'll be able to grab the DLC characters, which notoriously already appear on disc, for ¥2,000 or 1600 MS points.

Street Fighter x Tekken is out now on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, hits PC in May and arrives on Vita in northern autumn.
