Dark Souls tease seems to point to PC release

Namco Bandai PR has begun teasing a Dark Souls announcement, and eagle eyed fans think they've already figures it out.

As spotted by Neogaf users, the latest edition of Aussie mag PC Power Play is carrying a teaser for next week's issue with the tagline "You Died".

The image is highly suggestive of From Software's dark RPC epic, and coincides with some rampant teasing from Dark Souls publisher Namco Bandai.

In tweets, emails and Facebook messages, Namco's PR has directed fans to a new app on the Dark Souls Facebook page.

The app shows a wall, which will crumble when enough fans Like it - only about 3,000 have done so at time of writing, with barely a dent made.

Namco Bandai and From Software have both said a PC port could happen if here was enough demand. The survival RPG has since been nominated for numerous awards and sold strongly.

It's not clear whether the announce is related to a Namco Bandai press event next month.

The PC Power Play tease seems to rule out earlier theories of a DLC expansion; From Software has stated that Dark Souls was complete on release.
