Crew skill overhauls and tweaks noted in SWTOR Update 1.2 notes

BioWare has noted that quite a few crew skill changes are heading to Star Wars: The Old Republic with Update 1.2. The game’s designer Georg Zoeller posted a rather large list of changes coming with the update on the official site. One of the highlights noted was a change to artifice schematics which will allow players more choice in crystal colors regardless of weapon stats. Artificers are also to be “the first profession to gain some dedicated PvP crafting.” Gathering and reverse engineering are also getting tweaked, and cybertech practitioners will be able to sell created vehicles through the auction house now that bind restrictions have removed. Thanks, Massively.

Finally I will be able to reverse engineer stuff I did not create myself.
It bugged me that I couldn’t reverse dropped armors even though I was an armormech…

the size of this update clearly shows that the game was pushed out too early with so many basic things missing.

already there will be an overhaul of combat skills for most classes. despite having ANOTHER free weekend to fiddle the numbers, I think that only the die hard fan will hang on for this
