Ignition teases El Shaddai New Project 2012 with website
Ignition’s teased what could be a new El Shaddai game, opening a website showing something called El Shaddai New Project 2012.
Five characters are plastered on the site, with a message saying: “Who is the ultimate angel who God speaks of?”
It’s actually unknown if this is actually related to a game project, but it wouldn’t be surprising at all if it was; the first El Shaddai, Ascension of the Metatron, is a cult hit and has a small following behind it following its release last year.

I didnt knew this game did so well to grant a sequel, thank god this was the case, becuase i did love this game in all aspects, i did though it will share the same fate as pshyconauts or other non conventional games, now iam hopping that this happens to asuras warth and catherine too.

Ok going solely from that teaser image it seems to me that they’ve kept everything the same only swapped everyones gender.

Is there really a market though for this sort of game – Asura’s Wrath, Okami, and el Shaddai – they might all be great in terms of review score (or at least unique in some way) – but when it is between an FPS and a quirky aesthetic, the iron sights often win out…
