UK retailer release list mentions “Battlefield Evolved” and Dark Knight Rises, GTA V for autumn
A release list from a major UK retailer, obtained by MCV, has pointed out a title called “Battlefield Evolved,” as well as a game based on The Dark Knight Rises.
The Dark Knight Rises title would, obviously, tie in with the Batman movie of the same name due out this July. No word on who’s making it or platforms.
On Battlefield Evolved, again, no details. That said, we’re going with MCV it could just be Battlefield 3 and all of its expansions, considering EA’s focus is on Medal of Honor: Warfighter this year.
Furthermore, the release list points at Grand Theft Auto V coming out this autumn. It’s unknown when the game will come – Rockstar hasn’t said a timeline or even confirmed platforms – but it is thought a Christmas release is possible.

Autumn worst time to release a game as theres too many being released. Rockstar usually pick a quiet time of year for games to release theirs.

Yeah I think GTA V doesn’t make it out until Spring 2013…
But anyone think Battlefield Evolved could be a futuristic Battlefield 2142 type expansion for Battlefield 3?…since up until this point they’ve only released one DLC pack for the game…
