Closed beta sign-ups begin for Warface

Closed beta applications are now being accepted for Warface, Crytek’s free-to-play PC shooter.

To help you decide whether the beta is worth the 20 seconds it will take you sign up, the developer has released a new video showing off the game’s various classes – Rifleman, Sniper, Medic, Enginner of Warface – and even the odd robot aficionados won’t be disappointed by it.

Crytek said the beta will start “during 2012” – so you may have to wait a bit.

Warface launches this year.
