The retail version includes a code inside the box for a free Gold Pass which unlocks five additional vehicles, three courses, and extra pieces of background music.

The same Gold Pass is also available for free to all fans who purchase the digital version of the game on PSN no later than April 30.

Here’ details on the content:

  • Three additional courses: Old Central, Sunset Heights and Lost Ruins
  • Two music tracks: NEW SONGS PACK 01
  • One new extended music mix: LONG MIX BGM 01

The game will also be updated with an improved frame rate and crisper graphics, and in April, more content will be released via the Silver Pass which will allow access to more cars and courses “at one low price.”

No matter what they do, Namco is the the luckiest company of the last months. The Ridge Racer treatment for Vita has been one of the most shameful development I´ve never seen in my life, and the press havent really made so much blood about it.

Geezz… They can do whatever they want. Till they bring a Ridge Racer Ultramegasuper COMPLETE edition, just pass.

@1…not in North America. Good news to us then as we’ll get the DLC you had to pay for free, plus improved graphics.

I didn’t buy the game anyway, but it would be stupid as hell if they don’t update the european version with that too. And also give away that DLC.

I didn’t get it but im sure the retail release has it on a redemption code you punch into PSN?
