City of Heroes Issue 23 in final stages of pre-production

Melissa Bianco, City of Heroes' new producer, has said Issue 23 of the MMO is in its final stages of pre-production and Issue 24 is being worked on as well.
"We're already on our final push for Issue 23 polish, in pre-production on Issue 24, and putting some exciting new content into place for the summer," she said. "You may have heard whispers, but it will be fun. Think: popcorn."
Whatever popcorn means remains to be seen, but usually it denotes drama.
Issue 22: Death Incarnate, which contains an updated Dark Astoria, new missions in Cap au Diable and Steel Canyon, and plenty of "quality of life fixes," will be released on March 6.
