HBO Go to launch on Xbox 360 from April 1 in US

HBO's announced at a San Francisco event overnight it's to debut its HBO Go service on Xbox 360 from April 1 in the US.

The news comes from co-president of the company Eric Kessler.

The launch of the service, one of several previously-announced catchup apps for 360, coincides with the premiere of season two of Game of Thrones in America the same evening.

HBO is also the home of Entourage, Sex and the City, Blue Bloods and Luck.
