Apple confirms March 7 event, iPad 3 reveal expected
Apple has confirmed its March 7 event, which will once again be held in San Francisco alongside GDC.

While the firm has yet to reveal whether iPad 3 is in the works, the general consensus is that it will be announced during the event.
As in 2011, when iPad 2 was unveiled, the conference will be held at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater which is next door to the Moscone Center where GDC is held.
It will likely have rather big, beefy looking security posted everywhere as well. They scared us a bit last year.
The invitation handed out to various outlets reporting the news shows an iPad with the words: “We have something you really have to see. And touch.”

Never bought a single Apple product. Far too expensive when there is usually a cheaper, better product.
