UK charts: UFC roundhouses Amalur from top spot
UFC Undisputed 3 has taken over as the new number one of the UK charts, taking over from EA Partners RPG Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning.

The 38 Studios/Big Huge Games title falls completely off the top ten into 12.
The rest of the top five consist of FIFA 12, Modern Warfare 3, Mario and Sonic at the London Olympics and Battlefield 3. The rest are movers and shakers.

Goddamit, there was one awesome new IP at the top and hope of people showing at least some love to something that’s not number 2 to 13-2… AAAaaaand now we’re back to square one with the list filled with sequels and not a single new game.

Dunno about elsewhere but Amalur seems to be sold out in quite a few supermarkets near me, so supply may have been an issue this week.
