Hulu Plus now available for Wii owners

Nintendo has announced Wii owners can subscribe to Hulu Plus for $7.99 a month starting today. Those with a broadband Internet connection who wish to download the free Hulu Plus application, can do so by visiting the Wii Shop Channel. The application will allow users to navigate using the Wii Remote controller when searching for TV shows, movies, clips and Hulu Latino. For the first month of availability, Wii new Hulu users can access all content for free for two-weeks, after which, subscription fees for the service will apply.

Hulu Plus is scheduled to launch on Nintendo 3DS later this year.
