Halo: Reach added to MLG Winter Championships

The MLG Pro Circuit’s most favoured shooter franchise is back in action.

Halo: Reach will return for the Winter Championships, MLG has announced; prior to this revelation, only StarCraft 2 has been confirmed for the tournament.

A prize pool of $56,000 awaits the best Spartans, and MLG promises more information and details of other console titles soon.

The Championships follow a series of qualifiers and and the Winter Arena, and run March 23-25 in Colombus, Ohio.

MLG went from strength to strength last year, drawing record-breaking audience numbers.
