Vodafone 3G Vita comes with free WipEout 2048 in UK
Vodafone’s put its 3G Vita page live ahead of the console’s February 22 launch, confirming both a free game and a memory stick as part of the package.

The Vodafone 3G PS Vita in the UK will feature WipEout 2048 and a 4Gb memory card as part of the bundle, the telco said today.
You get the game when you top up with £5 of data. The pack will set you back £279. You can only buy it in a Vodafone store.
Vodafone was announced as Sony’s preferred partner for Vita’s mobile internet connection in November last year.
In the US, AT&T was announced as Vita’s 3G partner last E3. At TGS in September, Sony unveiled NTT Docomo as its partner for Japan.
Vita launches in the US and Europe on February 22. It released in Japan in December.

I believe the free Wipeout is with any 3G where you top-up the SIM. All 3G versions are meant to come with a Vodafone sim. So the only thing exclusive here to Vodafone shops is the 4Gb memory card.

Vodafone’s the main 3G partner for EU regions, so yes, Vodafone is the partner for down south.
