PlayStation 3 firmware update 4.10 rolling out

A new PlayStation 3 firmware update should hit today, as detailed on the the US PS Blog. The update includes a new terms of service agreement pertaining to the PlayStation Network’s absorption into the broader Sony Entertainment Network, as well as improvements to the console’s browser.

Rather they just replace the browser with something better such as Chrome, just with a custom UI.

I got so happy when this update popped up, so I downloaded, Installed and went straight to the browser only for it to crash on me like always.

Like Solid Snake always said “ugh”.

This update added headphone monitoring to the Sony wireless 7.1 stereo headset!

@2 Exactly the problem with the proprietary browser: as unstable as a full shopping trolley with three wheels.
