Capcom lowers the price of Resident Evil: Revelations
Capcom has announced a $10 price reduction for Resident Evil: Revelations – and no it has nothing to do with the typo printed on the 3DS case.

According to a post on Capcom Unity, “after weeks of effort” the firm was able to reduce the price of the game to $39.99 instead of the initial retail price of $49.99.
Last year, the firm announced the game would cost more than a standard 3DS title, due to the game needing a 4GB card instead of the standard 2GB card.
Capcom said it hopes the reduced price “encourages even more people to check out this strong entry in the Resident Evil canon.”
Revelations was released on January 27 in Europe and releases in the US on February 7.

I laughed so hard at this
The game is manufactured, printed, shipped and released… what is this “effort” they speak of?

More than likely they got a better deal on the larger capactiy carts that Revelations uses and decided to pass on the reduction.
Or maybe they just bricked it and lowered the price.

I don’t recall any extra charge back in the day when the game would ship in 3 or 4 discs.(final fantasy like) So there is no point mentioning it here!

I wonder if this one will be ported to home consoles eventually.
