SWTOR nabs Guinness World Record for dialogue

Star Wars: The Old Republic is officially the most ambitious entertainment product in terms of voice acting.

These characters are having a DISCUSSION.

According to Guinness World Records, the MMORPG contains over 200,000 lines of recorded dialogue, outweighing any other game or film.

BioWare founders Greg Zeschuk and Ray Muzyka accepted the award at SWTOR's midnight launch in December.

The new record is included in the latest release of the Guinness World Records: Gamer's Edition, as part of a feature spread on Star Wars. It's available now in the UK and Australia and hits the US on January 19.
