Keighley: The Last of Us VGAs unveil to be “in-game”
Geoff Keighley’s promised the unveil of the massive Sony exclusive “you won’t believe,” called The Last of Us, will be an in-game affair, not a CG effort.

Euro PS Store and Plus update, December 7 – LEGO Harry Potter, Resistance 3, Pink Knight, BF3
Sony has updated the European end of Plus and the PS Store, and along with the Pink Knight for Castle Crashers, there’s the new Brutality Pack for Resistance 3, Muppet skins for your Sackboy,and LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5 to 7 for PSP. Back to Karkand for Battlefield 3 is out as well, and as promised yesterday, Tomb Raider: Underworld is free for Plus members starting today.

Ninety-Nine Nights Online announced for Japan
Its been announced overnight that Ninety-Nine Nights will make the jump to online as a 2D sidescrolling MMORPG. Q Entertainment’s handing dev duties to UserJoy Technology, with the game itself being a F2P effort run on monitised item sales. The art’s more colourful too this time round, apparently. 3DS firmware update live, includes accomplishments
3DS users are reporting the latest, delayed firmware update is now rolling out. The system update adds 3D video capture; DLC support; the option to transfer your data to another 3DS console; and new content for Mii Plaza. GiantBomb notes the new Mii Plaza content includes a list of achievement-like “accomplishments”, although they don’t link to your user profile, and apparently haven’t appeared in any other titles.
