Rumour – Microsoft chasing original TV content for Xbox Live
Whispers suggest Microsoft is planning a range of Xbox Live-exclusive TV shows as part of its drive to make the service an entertainment powerhouse.

Bloomberg cites anonymous sources in claiming Microsoft is actively seeking a TV executive to spearhead the initiative.
The sources said Marc Graboff and Jeff Gaspin, both former NBC executives, had been tapped for the role, and a Tom Schneider of recruiting firm Stratis LLC has been hired to find a suitable candidate.
Neither Stratis nor Microsoft answered Bloomberg’s request for comment.
Along with its new dashboard update, Microsoft launched a TV-focused push last week, dubbing Xbox Live “the future of entertainment”.
Thanks, Joystiq.
