Jagged Alliance: Back in Action trailer shows off cinematics
A new trailer for Jagged Alliance: Back in Action shows Kalypso has ramped up production values on the series reboot.
Jagged Alliance is a well-respected series of turn based tactics games, which had its heyday in the 90′s PC gaming boom but saw re-release on the DS, too. Back in Action is the first core release since 1999′s Jagged Alliance 2, and supplants the much-troubled Jagged Alliance 3, now shelved. The PC exclusive is expected in February.

The cinematics aren’t new, but the gameplay footage is. I don’t know if the pause system is gonna work all that well, but ultimately all the old strategy buffs are gonna be in hook, line and sinker including myself.
I hate it, I don’t think it’s gonna bring it back, but it’s duty.
