Rumour - Dead Rising 3 set in California, stars Rick the mechanic

Following on from Capcom's tease, purported leaks offer intel on the next Dead Rising game.

Siliconera cites anonymous sources in claiming Dead Rising 3 will feature a new protagonist, auto-mechanic Rick. A single piece of concept art shows the character, who is an orphan and much less sure of himself than Frank West or Chuck Greene.

The game is reportedly set in the fictional town of Los Perdidos, and the main quest has Rick trying to repair an airplane to escape the locked-down town before a bomb is triggered to deal with an outbreak of zombies.

Rick will encounter Red and his girlfriend Annie. The pair lead a group of infected citizens who aren't registered with the government; apparently, this is some form of commentary on illegal immigration.

Rick will also come acros the usual chain of insane survivors for boss fights, including one who rides a Roller Hog - a motorcycle with a steam roller attachment. Want.
