Quick Quotes: RE: Revelations runs $50 due to 4GB 3DS card
“Resident Evil Revelations is an all new Resident Evil title with over 20 hours of gameplay, and cutscenes beautifully rendered in fear-inducing 3D. A true console experience on a handheld device, Resident Evil Revelations is an epic title that offers both a single-player campaign for that classic survival horror gaming experience, and an additional RAID mode that can be played cooperatively or single player. To handle all of that data Resident Evil Revelations requires a 4GB cartridge [instead of the normal 2GB card], resulting in a higher price point.” – Capcom spokesperson to Kotaku on the $10 price difference to other 3DS titles.

Saints Row: The Third video features Sublime, ultra compact economy mayhem
Volition has released another Cherished Memories video for Saints Row: The Third, and in it, some pals drive around causing mayhem in their pimped out ultra compact economy car while singing Sublime’s What I Got. NOT Beck’s Where It’s At, apparently. The author of this post is old, and got confused earlier, buts rest assured, the nurse has given her meds in a paper cup, and put her back in front of the Bingo table. Anyway, the game’s video is posted below. SR: The Third is out November 18. Thanks, EvilAvatar.

Timeline video catches you up on events leading to Modern Warfare 3
Major Nelson has posted a timeline video for Modern Warfare, which should get you caught up on the events leading up to Modern Warfare 3. For those who haven’t played the previous two games in the series, it all started with the assassination attempt of a Russian arms dealer by the British military. Unfortunately, Lt. John Price only blew the fella’s arm off instead of killing him, and it’s been hell ever since. Watch the video below. Game’s out in six days.

Biometric controller application filed by Sony
Siliconera has dug up a patent application Sony filed in 2010 containing diagrams and biometric-equipped descriptions of DualShock 3, Move, and a handheld similar to Vita. The description states the controllers could monitor a player’s bio-data with various possible uses depicted such as: noting stress levels so as to adjust a game’s difficulty level, increased weapon accuracy or even an in-game character piping up to comment on the player’s state of mind at the time. The tech is similar Nintendo’s Vitality Sensor, announced at E3 2009 and yet to see a release. We’ll send a mail. Thanks, Gamespot.
