Syndicate – New England co-op trailer released
Starbreeze has released a co-op video for its Syndicate remake. Set in 2069, the game takes players into “a dark, Machiavellian world run without government oversight”, causing an influx of syndicates to battle over dominance of the local marketplaces. The game is slated for release on PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 on February 21 in North America and February 24 in Europe.

Gravity Rush shots look gorgeous
Siliconera‘s gotten hold of brand new shots of Gravity Rush, showing off the game’s beautiful art design, as well as some story and gameplay screens. Get them at the link. The Vita action game, coming from Silent Hill creator Keiichiro Toyama, releases in Japan next February. A western launch has been confirmed, but there’s no date as yet.

Vita pre-orders set to restart in Japan
Major Japanese retailers are to restart taking pre-orders for PlayStation Vita after stopping last month due to apparent demand issues. Famitsu reports that Yodobashi Camera, Bic Camera and Sofmap will begin again soon. Amazon’s Japanese page is still to restart pre-orders.

Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy gets February release in Japan
Final Fantasy rhythm spin-off Theatrhythm is releasing on February 16 in Japan, according to the game’s official website. The 3DS title is priced at ¥6,090. No western release has yet been confirmed by Square Enix.

Saints Row: The Third PlayStation 3 exclusive content missing
According to Joystiq, the PlayStation 3 version of Saints Row: The Third is identical to the PC and Xbox 360 versions. At E3 2010, Sony had promised an exclusive multiplayer mode using the game’s “signature weapon”.
This is the second high-profile exclusive content deal to seemingly fall through, with Battlefield 3 players winning a week-long DLC exclusivity deal instead of a promised free copy of Battlefield 1943.
