PSA: Cave Story+ out now on Steam

Cave Story+ is out now on Steam, and for the first week it can be yours at $8.50 – 15% off. Thew version offers upgraded and original options for both sound and visuals, seven new gameplay modes, controller support and promised future content updates.

Cave Story is also available on DSiWare, WiiWare, and for the 3DS. The Metroidvania style game was originally released for PC and is considered a modern indie classic.

To anyone who hasn’t played it, and do not wish to pay to try it out, get the free version. Just google it, and the free version isn’t any less enjoyable as the 10$ version.
Play it, and if you enjoyed it, consider paying for the + version and support the best free indie game ever made. Seriously, it’s good. Like, really good. Had it been released on SNES back in the day, we would consider it one of the all time greats. Give it a chance.
