Gears 3: Watch a movie trailer, finish Horde on Insane, get free weapon skins
Gears of War 3 players who finish Horde mode on Insane difficulty in either single-player or multiplayer, and who watch the Mission: Impossible trailer on XBL before December 25, will get a “themed weapon skin pack”. The pack consists of skins for the Lancer, Hammerburst, Retro Lancer, Gnasher Shotgun, and Sawed-off Shotgun. If you are unable to finish Horde on Insane, though, you’ll still be put in a contest to win separate prizes.

I did it by myself!
Used infinite ammo and super reload mutators though, so it was actually fairly easy – far easier than completing on Hardcore w/three others.
