Free movies available through PlayStation Home

Sony has signed up with streaming movie provider Crackle to bring free movies to virtual world PlayStation Home.

The news comes courtesy of the US PS Blog, and the service is restricted to the US PSN for now.

The movies will be available on the LOOT EOD screens scattered around Home - in the LOOT EOD Theater, Sunset Yacht, and the Hollywood Hills House. The current line up includes Step Brothers, Cruel Intentions, Snatch, Resident Evil, A Few Good Men, and Final Fantasy: Advent Children.
