The Blood Lord is coming to League of Legends
Riot has announced a new summoner model for Vladimir the Crimson Reaper. Called the Blood Lord, the new skin features a “vicious new voice over, spell effects, and animations.” You can check out the new look in the video below. Thanks, EvilAvatar.

They said yesterday that they are retiring some of the old champion skins soon and replacing them with some new exciting ones. Naturally, the old ones can still be used just not purchased.
But I do feel they need to focus more on those players who join a game only to remain afk. Players can be reported but the ability to boot an afker and have them replaced is the way to go.
