Vanguard Bandits arrives on PSN tomorrow

Collector favourite PSOne Classic Vanguard Bandits hits the US PlayStation Network with this week’s update.

The US PS Blog reports retro Japanese gaming enthusiasts MonkeyPaw Games are behind the PSN release, which will go for $10. No word on European release as yet.

Otherwise known as Epica Stella, Vanguard Bandits is notorious for its challenging strategy gameplay and full 3D battle sequences, and includes 60 missions, three branching plots, and five endings.

The strategy RPG is widely traded among retro enthusiasts and its limited US print run means it often commands eyebrow-raising prices on eBay.
