Saints Row: The Third PlayStation 3 exclusive content missing

According to Joystiq, the PlayStation 3 version of Saints Row: The Third is identical to the PC and Xbox 360 versions. At E3 2010, Sony had promised an exclusive multiplayer mode using the game’s “signature weapon”.

This is the second high-profile exclusive content deal to seemingly fall through, with Battlefield 3 players winning a week-long DLC exclusivity deal instead of a promised free copy of Battlefield 1943.

this would have been okay if it wasn’t for that fact that BF3 also lost some PS3 only perks

get your shit together, SONY ? :)

Wtf is going on here? Was originally going to get the PS3 version too. Not that the exclusive content changed anything, just I could get the PC version $15 cheaper.

Maybe it’s a bit of DLC rather than a shoe-in?

I wonder how many of these seemingly shoved-under-the-carpet deals were rapidly sketched out in the last few days before the E3 conference?

So, is this the developers who are just keeping their goodiebags for themselves or cant Sony finish a deal after promising their players that they will get free candy? Atleast Microsoft gives some sweet timed deals which we actually get too!! :O

I’m not sure that everyone must freak out about that.

It’s not a big deal.
