Ubisoft announces new Wii tablet, Drawsome

Two games have been announced alongside Ubisoft’s new drawing tablet peripheral for the Wii.

Gamasutra reports Ubisoft intends to release the Drawsome tablet on December 6.

Two games, Drawsome Artist and Drawsome Sketch Quest, have been announced. Artist includes appearances from Smurfs characters.

The tablet sports a 6.5 x 5″ touch screen and an SD card slot, allowing players to swap sketches.

No release outside the US has been confirmed.

The Drawsome is the second major tablet peripheral for the Wii, the first being THQ’s successful uDraw.
