Amalur’s world map shows an immersive fantasy world

38 Studios has opened up a website which gives you a more in-depth look at the world of Amalur, which is the setting for its Project Copernicus MMO and the single-player RPG, Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning.

The site Amalur, contains various features, some history, tales, and a look at some of the settings along with a world map to gaze upon in wonder.

Author R.A. Salvatore created over 10,000 years of history for the world, so you can pretty much bet it’s going to be a bit descriptive.

Check it out for yourself through the link.

Reckoning is out in February, while the MMO is still shrouded in a bit of mystery for the time being.

Thanks, Massively.

#1 Yes it does.Despite the fact that it borrows heavily from other games and that it looks like a Fable/Oblivion hybrid you have every reason to be excited about it.

@1 – If you have ever played Morrowind or Oblivion, you especially have a reason to look forward to this game. Ken Rolston who was the lead designer for Morrowind, and one of the lead designers for Oblivion, is the lead creative visionary for the game.
With Salvatore writing the story and background, and Todd Macfarlane assisting with character design and art, the game has alot going for it.

Definitely a title to keep your eye on.
