It was bound to happen: Introducing GLaDOSiri on iPhone 4S
Well, you knew it was going to happen sooner or later: someone’s given Apple’s Siri feature the GLaDOS treatment. All the jokes made regarding the personal assistant when it was announced last week at Apple’s iPhone event have come to fruition, thanks to YouTube. You can watch the advert below, which now features the sadistic wit of our favorite, artificially intelligent computer system from the Portal series. We’re just wishing she was a bit more evil in it than she is portrayed. Seems as though she is holding back, a bit.

Binary Domain trailer walks you through the Consequence System
SEGA has released a new trailer for Binary Domain, which is a walkthrough of the shooter’s Consequence System. In the game, you will have to be very aware of how you treat your teammates, because if you are a bit haphazard about it, the consequences will affect your overall game experience. The team can even stop trusting you, making it harder to complete tasks. So if you lead well, your team will support you more and more, and take on greater risks as the game progresses. How each encounter plays out will also depend on how you interact with your team. Watch for yourself below. Binary Domain will land in the US on February 14 and in Europe on February 17. War in the North vignette introduces the Wight Lord of the Barrow-downs
Warner and Snowblind Studios have released a new vignette for The Lord of the Rings: War in the North, and it features one my biggest nemesis: wights. Yes, you will fight orcs in the game along with trolls and massive spiders, but a Barrow-wight is more apt to piss you off than even a warg. But I am speaking of experience with LOTRO – in the video, you will become acquainted with the Barrow-wight Lord in WitN, whose army of the dead have taken over a Ranger burial ground. He uses magic and “minions most foul” to spread the rule of evil across the darkness and can use his powers to pit man against man. Watch it for yourself below, courtesy of TheOneRing, and see for yourself. War in the North is out on November 1.

Yes. You read that title correctly. Speaking in an interview with IGN, regarding their work on Skylanders Spyro’s Adventures, Toy Story writers Alec Sokolow and Joel Cohen said they are currently in talks to write a film based on Zynga’s FarmVille. However, the duo never came right out and said it, but the hint is as big as the sky: “So, yes, we will continue writing movies. We are also working on several new and very exciting opportunities. We’re in conversations with Zynga to do something with one of their brands. Can’t really say too much on that front yet, but ‘Old MacDonald’ didn’t have a factory, if you get our drift.” The project has yet to be announced formally, and Zynga refused comment on the matter.
