FFXIII-2 will get huge amount of DLC, says Kitase
Final Fantasy XIII-2 producer Yoshinori Kitase has said there’ll be a huge amount of DLC for Final Fantasy XIII-2. Speaking in the latest issue of Dengeki PlayStation, Kitase said those who’ll play the game can expect up to one or two updates per month, which will multiple items of content, from costumes to enemies and weapons. He wouldn’t say how much the DLC to be, but did say it would find a good balance between quality and price.
FFXIII-2 releases in December in Japan, with it launching in the US on January 31 and February 3 in the UK for PS3 and 360. Thanks, Andriasang.

Nintendo to release new Wii bundle in US
Nintendo’s announced details of a new Wii hardware bundle in the US. The bundle will featured a black Wii, black Wiimote, black Nunchuk, New Super Mario Bros. Wii and a soundtrack for Super Mario Galaxy. it’ll go on sale in the US on October 23 for $149.99.

PSA: Red Dead Redemption Game of the Year Edition out now
Rockstar’s sent out word the Game of the Year edition of Red Dead Redemption is now on sale across the US. It’ll feature the main edition of the game, as well a zombie expansion Undead Nightmare and all the multiplayer DLC so far to date, including the recent Myths and Mavericks pack. SCEJ looking into cheap downloads intuitive for PSP-Vita BC
Sony is planning to introduce a new intuitive for PSP owners looking to bring their games to Vita. According to the latest Dengeki, SCEJ is looking into a deal where PSP owners can get downloads of their PSP UMD games for a special price, although no more details on the potential offer was confirmed in the magazine.

Major’s announced that a new 360 dashboard update will go live worldwide as a mandatory download. The update is a maintenance update, however, and isn’t the major fall update. So hold the phone on that just yet. If you’re signed in to Xbox Live ahead of the update, you may be kicked to help download the update.
