Second Sonic Generations demo hitting PSN and XBL on Oct 19
Sega’s announced that a second Sonic Generations demo will be releasing on PlayStation Network and Xbox Live on October 19.The demo will enable players to try out some Modern Sonic gameplay, with access to the Green Hill level. The earlier demo contained some of the game’s Classic Sonic stages.
The game releases on November 4 for PS3 and Xbox 360. A PC and 3DS release will follow later in the month.

BlazBlue: Continuum Shift II PSP, 3DS to get manga edition in Europe
Arc System Works has announced it’s to release a manga edition of BlazBlue: Continuum Shift II in Europe. The manga edition will feature a localised version of the Phase Zero Prologue Manga and a Chibi Ragna keychain. The manga edition will only get a limited run of 200 units, however, that will only be available from the ASW European storefront for £40 on PSP and £50 on 3DS.

iPhone 4S sells 4 million in 3 days
Apple’s announced this afternoon its sold 4 million units of iPhone 4S in its first three days on sale worldwide. The phone, already available in seven countries, will launch in an additional 22 countries on October 28, and will be in more than 70 countries by the end of the year. In addition, 25 million people have upgraded to iOS 5 on iPhone, iPad and other compatible devices, with another 20 million signing up for new cloud storage service iCloud. Sales of4S is, according to Apple’s SVP of Worldwide Product Marketing Philip Schiller, “the most ever for a phone and more than double the iPhone 4 launch during its first three days.”

Iron Brigade DLC to introduce Horde mode, new missions
Double Fine’s told Kotaku that it’ll bring in a horde mode for Iron Brigade, nee Trenched, through a new DLC pack. Called Rise of the Martian Bear, a new campaign of missions will also be included. No date or price for the DLC as yet, though. Nor is there still a date for the European release of the game, which has been held back due to a trademark dispute. It was due to release in September, as announced at gamescom.
