SCEA appoints Guy Longworth as new senior VP of marketing and PSN
SCEA has announced Guy Longworth has been appointed as its new senior VP of marketing and PSN. Longworth will report to president and CEO Jack Tretton, and will oversee all aspects of SCEA marketing, including product marketing, promotions and brand development. His first day on the job will be October 31. Longworth, who has over 20 years of consumer marketing experience, previously worked for Procter & Gamble, Kraft, Kellogg’s, and most recently, Annapurna One which he founded. Longworth takes over for Peter Dille, who announced back in March he was leaving the firm.

Just a reminder that inFAMOUS: Festival of Blood is available today on the US PS Store. It will run you $9.99, but if you are a Plus member, it will run you $2 less at $7.99. The stand-along game, meaning inFamous 2 isn’t required to play it, also contains Move support. The new cutscene tool and Move support will appear in the main inFamous 2 game “any day now,” according to Sucker Punch. Check out screens and a video for the game below. UK should be getting the game tomorrow with the normal update.
