Battlefield 3′s UK launch involves driving tanks through London – video

To celebrate the launch of Battlefield 3 in the UK yesterday, EA decided to logo-up some tanks and drive them through the middle of London. One nice lady even got a ride to work.

The game’s available in Europe now. Watch the video below.

I reckon the video could have done with a few more cuts. Some scenes were longer than 2 seconds!

They should have put a car with a MW3 sign on it in the ad and had the tank drive over it. Just to fuel the fires a little more. That would have been hilarious.

GOD PatGar, you’re such a fucking civvy. There’s not a single tank in that video.

One’s the FV430 series APC, looks like a retired FV432, the other is the FV433 Abbot selfpropelled gun.

So you got artillery and an armored personel carrier. Or fighting vehicle, if you will.

IS FAIL

(I’m not being serious, but there really isn’t a single tank in that video)
