Final Fantasy Type-0: First ten minutes
Square’s released a direct feed video containing ten minutes of Final Fantasy Type-0 footage titled the “Opening.” The name indicates that the clip features the game’s opening moments. However, it’s listed as a “special edit”, so the video might not be a exact replication of the game’s intro. The game releases in Japan on October 27 for PSP. Spikey haired teenagers? Check.
Androgynous man-boys? Check.
Melodramatic angst? Check.
Gameplay I’ve seen in other trailers looks nice (it’s like the only good games Square can make anymore are on handhelds), but all that other stuff really puts me off wanting to play it at all. I find it completely impossible to connect with these kinds of whiny, self obsessed characters.

Nice, Never seen a chocobo in that condition before in a FF game, that was pretty intense.
