Buy IndieRoyale bundles before the price goes up

A new initiative from the team behind indie games retailer Desura offers bundles of well-received games at decreasingly thrifty prices as word of mouth increases.

The newly launched IndieRoyale collects a handful of indie games into a convenient bundle, and offers it for sale at an astonishingly low price.

As with many schemes of its kind, different bonuses may be unlocked as sales hit significant milestones, but most intriguingly, the bundle's price goes up as it becomes more popular. That said, every user who pays more than the current minimum at time of purchase will knock the asking price down for future buyers.

The first offer, the Launch Bundle, features four titles: A.R.E.S. Extinction Agenda, Gemini Rue, Sanctum and Nimbus. A piece of DLC for Sanctum will be unlocked for all buyers when the bundle reaches 10,000 sales. At time of writing, it's priced at $2.82 with 1609 sales and four days on the clock.

Head on over to the site through the link above to watch the price seesaw back and forth thanks to generous patrons and happy opportunists.

Three more bundles have been announced, although their contents have not been revealed. Each bundle is offered for five days, and a new one is scheduled every two weeks. All games are made available for PC, through Desura, Steam, and direct download.

Thanks, RPS.
