Knock-out Battlefield 3 launch trailer goes heavy on plot
The Battlefield 3 launch trailer has been released, including plenty of plot details and looks at new environments. It’s very cool.
Battlefield 3 launches next week on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.

That trailer, although blatantly running off of a silly PC rig, looks fucking amazing.
Also, did I see Glenn ’24′ Morshower in that trailer? (Agent Araon Pierce)

I was unsure on the Single player, but that looks amazing and seems to have a “decent Movie” like story. Please don’t let me down Battlefield 3 Single Player! =D Love the new music mix btw!

Very nice. I hope it will deliver even on the singleplayer front.
New music mix is awesome btw. They changed it a bit. It’s more epic now.

As a PC player who was only buying for the MP, I must say… WOW, that was very impressive! Can’t wait!

This definitely looks interesting. Looks like there is going to be a lot of variety in missions and environment.
To be honest, i thought about waiting to buy it, since i’m one of the few people who don’t want to play a videogame just for it’s multiplayer. But it looks like the singleplayer can stand very well on it’s own.
So yeah, it’s convincing, problem is Skyrim is still around the corner. And that game is going to take a lot of my time.

Yeah the music is awesome, they combined the new music with the old, awesome shit. I like the part where the game goes underwater and the music too.

It looks like it’s going to be far more scripted than either of the Bad Company single player campaigns, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. My biggest fear is that the friendly AI will be as poor as it was in Bad Company.

Looks oddly familiar
I’m not worried about scripting either, if anything BC2 was missing some of that. This looks to have a lot more going on. Like Medal of Honor, only a lot better.

these real war settings still feel strange to me. i really love bf…but overall i prefer more fictional/ fantasyoriented games like resistance or halo…less depressing and more fun…anyway: looks like they got a really good sp in the pipeline!
