StarCraft Universe MMO mod playable through October 30

The development team behind StarCraft Universe has announced the PvP mode is now available to play through Battle.net until October 30, after which it will be taken down for "further polishing," to be made ready for a future open beta.

The PvP includes an arena called the Encephalon Grid, where players can choose any available class, and start out fully-geared at level 30.

Players will also be given a mid-level starting kit of abilities, and "may even be able to unlock more abilities during the preview," if enough matches are won.

Those heading to BlizzCon over the weekend will also be able to try the mod out at the event.

Thanks, Massively.
