FF Type-0 ends up with 39/40 in Famitsu

So close, yet so far. Final Fantasy Type-0 missed out on Famitsu’s score of 40, gaining a 39/40 in this week’s issue ahead of the game’s release next week in Japan. It got overall three tens and a nine in the end. There’s are other scores in this week’s mag over at Andriasang, including the new Kirby for Wii, Dance Central 2 and Warhammer 40k: Space Marine.

Famitsu giving an FF game a high score? Surely not!

Long gone are the days when Famitsu reviews meant anything.

A Jap mag giving a FF game a good score, who would’ve thought…

I’m glad this is coming out for PSP instead of a Vita release, makes me glad I spent money on it even though I haven’t played all that much. Mostly the old Final Fantasy games, not many new games. Now for them to release it everywhere else.

It’s honestly been a while since I’ve been looking forward to a Final Fantasy game. Final Fantasy X? XIII wasn’t really on my radar, but I am of course looking forward to Versuus. Any person would.
