Australia - Batman: Arkham City street date broken

EB Games Australia has confirmed rumours of a broken Batman: Arkham City street date via its official Twitter account.

GAME Australia is yet to officially allow sales; a representative confirmed store managers are expecting approval to begin selling the game within the hour.

Since the US gets hold of Arkham City on October 18, with Europe forced to wait until October 21, that makes Australia first to go to retail with Rocksteady's latest.

The game was slated to release locally tomorrow on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360; a PC version has been delayed.
