THQ holding big Steam sale this week

Monday, 10th October 2011 20:49 GMT By Andrew Groen

Looking to pick up some new games this week? Well, if you’re not already snowed under by the avalanche of amazing new releases, you might want to try some of THQ’s PC games on sale on Steam all week. For the rest of the week you’ll be able to get Metro 2033 for a measly 5 USD, and the THQ mega pack for just 50 USD which includes fifteen games and expansion packs normally priced at 100 USD.

It also looks as though they’ll be pumping out another deal every day until the weekend when they’ll have something special planned.

If you already own most of these titles, or by some miracle you’re not interested in any of them you’ll want to keep your eye tuned to the sale for more as the week progresses.

Just wait for retribution for myself really. Got everything else that worth owning from their stuff.

At this point Danny Bilson should be ready and willing to sell whatever he’s driving and living in for a reasonable price.

I love these sales on Steam. I’ve picked up so many great games for just a few quid. My new 1TB hard drive is already almost full of games.

Company of Heroes (all of them) for under a fiver is a bargain!

If by this you mean THQ’s stock, then it’s certainly selling for a “reasonable” price of 1.60. THQ’s stock value has fallen over 90% since Danny Bilson was hired to turn the company around.

@5 Yup, at this point he should be living in whatever he’s driving.

Unless THQ gets a hit game soon, their best hope is being bought out.
